Adesh A. Vora Pharm. D.

Executive Chairman

Adesh Vora is the founder, President and Chairman of the Board of SRx Health Solutions. He brings over 24 years of pharmacy and healthcare experience to SRx and leads the company with both a deep knowledge of and passion for the Canadian healthcare system. Since SRx’s inception in 2013, Mr. Vora has successfully grown the company from just one specialty pharmacy into a national, comprehensive healthcare service provider. He believes that all Canadians should have access to equal and modern healthcare, and as such, has played a key role in developing innovative and integrated healthcare solutions that enhance patient outcomes and accessibility to care. He equally strives to continue driving the profession of Pharmacy and the role of a pharmacist, while simultaneously inspiring other pharmacists to innovate. He proudly serves on the board of directors of the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada, and as President of the board of Seva International Charitable Foundation. Mr. Vora holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois and has completed Alumni Programs at Harvard Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.

Michael Young

Michael Young is a founding partner of Cottingham Capital, an investment company focused on real estate, technology and Consumer brand investments. He has served at Cottingham as Managing Partner since its inception in January 2017. Prior to January 2017, Mr. Young served as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading for a Canadian Investment bank. Mr. Young was previously on the boards of Nuuvera Corp. and ICC Labs. Mr. Young brings extensive senior level executive management and trading experience, in the Canadian and U.S. capital markets, as well as his experience serving on other public company boards of directors.

Lionel Conacher

Lionel Conacher joins SRx with over thirty years of financial experience, spanning senior positions in public companies in both Canada and the US, investment banking, private equity and venture capital. Mr. Conacher currently serves as Chairman of DXL Group (NASDAQ: DXLG), where he has successfully guided the retail chain through the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2018, Mr. Conacher co-founded a San Francisco based venture capital fund, Next Ventures, after serving as a Senior Advisor and Operating Partner at Altamont Capital Partners, a Palo Alto based Private Equity Firm, for over seven years. Prior to his experience at Altamont Partners, he co-founded and served as the CEO of Westwind Partners Inc., a specialized Canadian institutional investment bank that was ultimately sold to Thomas Weisel Partners for $170 million in 2007 before being acquired by Steifel in 2010. Mr. Conacher holds an A.B. in Economics & Art History from Dartmouth College and is also actively involved in a variety of non-profits.

David White

David is a corporate director and currently the General Partner of First Call Services LLC, a private holding company and advisory firm. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of American Student Transportation Partners, an operator of a transportation services platform that partners with and provides liquidity or growth capital to student transportation operators. Mr. White has held a number of senior financial and operating positions with John Labatt Limited, Lawson Mardon Group Inc., and Laidlaw Inc., and was Chief Executive Officer of TransCare Inc., a medical transportation company, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Student Transportation of America, formerly a TSX- listed company. Mr. White is a member of the board of directors of Art’s Way Manufacturing Company, Inc. (a public Iowa based diversified, international manufacturer and distributor of equipment serving agricultural, research and steel cutting needs), where he serves on the Audit Committee and chairs the Compensation Committee. He has been a Canadian Chartered Accountant since 1978 and holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto. In 2013, Mr. White received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Simon Conway

Simon was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. After leaving Stoy Hayward created an independent real estate business. In 1999 Simon created with Anthony Lyons St. James Capital which focused on UK real estate. Between 1999 and 2004 St. James Capital created a mixed use portfolio that specialised in hospitality and retail investments with a combined value of £245 million. In 2004 he acquired with Lyons London’s leading exhibition centre, Earls Court & Olympia (EC&O) for £225 million. EC&O featured over 1 mil square feet of real estate, visitor numbers of over 4 million per annum and 375 staff. At EC&O Simon served as Chief Operating Officer, before selling the business to Liberty International plc in 2007 for £380 million. In 2007 Simon co-founded with Lyons, Matterhorn Capital, which has been actively involved with real estate in the UK, France and the USA. Since 2012, Simon has served as Chief Operating Officer to Future Energy Solutions and its global operations. In addition to the roles at Matterhorn and Future Energy Solutions acts as advisor and a NED to start up business using experience gained in finance, real estate, management process and accounting.

Kent Cunningham

CEO

Mr. Cunningham serves as the CEO of SRx Health Solutions and was the CEO of the Better Choice Company prior to the SRx acquisition. He is a consumer-centric business leader with 25 years of experience leading, scaling, and turning around underperforming brands across Health and Wellness, Pet Food, and Vitamins and Mineral Supplements (VMS) categories. Mr. Cunningham has demonstrated agility and success operating at scale within multi-billion global enterprises as well as navigating entrepreneurial, private equity backed businesses. He has a consistent record of driving growth, maximizing profits, and creating value. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cunningham was CEO of 1440 Foods, a private equity backed sports and active nutrition company, and prior to that was General Manager at the Bountiful Company, a KKR private equity asset that was ultimately sold to Nestle Health for $5.75 billion USD. Mr. Cunningham holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan.

Nina Martinez

CFO

Nina Martinez (i.e. Carolina) serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SRx Health Solutions. Ms. Martinez is a dynamic and accomplished finance professional with a forward-thinking and innovative approach to driving financial performance and profitable organizational growth. She brings a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning and leading public companies through transformative growth stages, from IPOs and M&As, to restructurings and recapitalizations. She served as the Chief Financial Officer for Better Choice Company for the two years preceding the merger with SRx. Previously, she spent several years providing financial and transaction advisory services to clients, where she most notably served as Interim CFO for a micro-cap consumer packaged goods company, leading through IPO readiness to initial S-1 filing. She spent the first decade of her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading global professional services provider, in Assurance leadership roles auditing publicly-traded clients, as well as in PwC’s National Quality Organization office on its Thought Leadership team. Ms. Martinez is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Tampa, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Dave Sohi

President

Dave Sohi is the President of SRx Health Solutions and has over 17 years of experience in the Accounting and Financial sectors. He began his career in tax and audit before transitioning into advisory roles involving Valuations and M&A at various firms including Ernst and Young. Mr. Sohi then went on to start his own Accounting and Consulting business and also had the opportunity to join Avicanna Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, as Chief Financial Officer where he helped complete the company’s Initial Public Offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2019. In Mr. Sohi’s current position at SRx, he plays a leading role in transforming the finance function, in addition to providing in-depth technical knowledge in order to drive decisions, create solid processes, and ensure that external reporting is accurate, reliable and timely. Mr. Sohi graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and holds a CPA, CA and CBV Qualification.
