Michael Young
Michael Young is a founding partner of Cottingham Capital, an investment company focused on real estate, technology and Consumer brand investments. He has served at Cottingham as Managing Partner since its inception in January 2017. Prior to January 2017, Mr. Young served as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading for a Canadian Investment bank. Mr. Young was previously on the boards of Nuuvera Corp. and ICC Labs. Mr. Young brings extensive senior level executive management and trading experience, in the Canadian and U.S. capital markets, as well as his experience serving on other public company boards of directors.
Simon Conway
Simon was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. After leaving Stoy Hayward created an independent real estate business. In 1999 Simon created with Anthony Lyons St. James Capital which focused on UK real estate. Between 1999 and 2004 St. James Capital created a mixed use portfolio that specialised in hospitality and retail investments with a combined value of £245 million. In 2004 he acquired with Lyons London’s leading exhibition centre, Earls Court & Olympia (EC&O) for £225 million. EC&O featured over 1 mil square feet of real estate, visitor numbers of over 4 million per annum and 375 staff. At EC&O Simon served as Chief Operating Officer, before selling the business to Liberty International plc in 2007 for £380 million. In 2007 Simon co-founded with Lyons, Matterhorn Capital, which has been actively involved with real estate in the UK, France and the USA. Since 2012, Simon has served as Chief Operating Officer to Future Energy Solutions and its global operations. In addition to the roles at Matterhorn and Future Energy Solutions acts as advisor and a NED to start up business using experience gained in finance, real estate, management process and accounting.
Joshua A. Epstein
Joshua A. Epstein has over 20 years of operational, advisory, and investment experience across the energy, technology, healthcare, cannabis, and blockchain sectors. Since 2024, he has served as Head of Corporate Development and Board Manager for Lisbon Valley Mining Co., leading capital markets, M&A, and partnerships.Mr. Epstein previously consulted for JJR Private Capital and held senior roles including CEO of Socati Corp. and President/COO of Nuuvera Inc., which later listed on the TSX-V and was acquired by Tilray Inc. He also served as a Partner at Fast Forward Innovations and began his career as an attorney at Baker Botts, LLP.He holds a B.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Texas, a J.D. with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, and an MBA (Valedictorian) from the Acton School of Business.
Sammy Dorf
Mr. Dorf currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Flora Growth Corp. (NASDAQ: FLGC). Prior to joining Flora, Sammy was the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of Verano Holdings, one of the most successful multi-state cannabis companies in the United States, from 2015 to 2021. At Verano, Mr. Dorf was instrumental in the company’s evolution from a start-up into a national powerhouse known for its premium products, operational sophistication, and award-winning brands. To date, Mr. Dorf has successfully raised over $300 million in capital and secured 25+ licenses across 14 states. Beyond the cannabis sector, Sammy has also demonstrated deep expertise in cryptocurrency investments, treasury management, and alternative asset strategy, helping companies optimize liquidity, hedge exposure, and build resilient portfolios in emerging financial ecosystems.

Kent Cunningham
CEO
Mr. Cunningham serves as the CEO of SRx Health Solutions and was the CEO of the Better Choice Company prior to the SRx acquisition. He is a consumer-centric business leader with 25 years of experience leading, scaling, and turning around underperforming brands across Health and Wellness, Pet Food, and Vitamins and Mineral Supplements (VMS) categories. Mr. Cunningham has demonstrated agility and success operating at scale within multi-billion global enterprises as well as navigating entrepreneurial, private equity backed businesses. He has a consistent record of driving growth, maximizing profits, and creating value. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cunningham was CEO of 1440 Foods, a private equity backed sports and active nutrition company, and prior to that was General Manager at the Bountiful Company, a KKR private equity asset that was ultimately sold to Nestle Health for $5.75 billion USD. Mr. Cunningham holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan.
Nina Martinez
CFO
Nina Martinez (i.e. Carolina) serves as the Chief Financial Officer of SRx Health Solutions. Ms. Martinez is a dynamic and accomplished finance professional with a forward-thinking and innovative approach to driving financial performance and profitable organizational growth. She brings a wealth of expertise in strategic financial planning and leading public companies through transformative growth stages, from IPOs and M&As, to restructurings and recapitalizations. She served as the Chief Financial Officer for Better Choice Company for the two years preceding the merger with SRx. Previously, she spent several years providing financial and transaction advisory services to clients, where she most notably served as Interim CFO for a micro-cap consumer packaged goods company, leading through IPO readiness to initial S-1 filing. She spent the first decade of her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a leading global professional services provider, in Assurance leadership roles auditing publicly-traded clients, as well as in PwC’s National Quality Organization office on its Thought Leadership team. Ms. Martinez is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Tampa, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
